Do You Produce Custom Labels?

How Do I View My Bespoke Products?

To view your Bespoke Products, log in to your online account with your registered login details. Once logged in, click the Custom Labels button in the header menu, your bespoke products will then be visible to view and order online.

Do You Provide a VAT Invoice?

Yes, all orders receive a pdf VAT invoice, this is supplied via email at the time of order, however, should you need an invoice for previous orders, all invoices and order history can be found in your online account. Please note, where payment via pro forma is selected, a VAT invoice will be issued on receipt of the payment in full.

Do You Offer Samples?

Yes, samples can be requested via the Sample Request page. Please let us know in as much detail as possible your requirements, our team will then supply the most suitable samples for your needs.

Can I Change My Order Details?

If you made a mistake with your order or delivery details, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will endeavor to amend your order as required.

Can I Track My Order?

You can check the status of your order from your online account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email detailing the contents of your delivery and a tracking link.

I Have Not Received an Order Confirmation?

If you have not received an official order confirmation email, firstly, check your Junk Inbox. If there is still no order confirmation, your online account will provide a full order history of all your orders. Alternatively, contact our customer service team who will assist with your requirements.

Why Do I Get a Payment Error At Checkout?

If you receive a 3D Authentication error make sure your billing name and address match your payment details. If you do not receive an order confirmation email your order has not been processed successfully and you will not be charged.

Why is my order showing as a Pro Forma?

A Pro Forma invoice indicates an order that remains unpaid. If you selected this option by mistake during checkout, any card details you entered will be deleted, and the order will be awaiting payment. Please contact our customer services department for a payment link, or alternatively, you can make the payment via BACs.

Will my labels be sequentially numbered?

Yes, on items that have numbers your labels will be sequentially numbered, continuing upwards across all packs ordered.
